Is Virtual Reality Safe?Yes, virtual reality is safe, but please consult with your primary care doctor if you have or experience any of the following: • 1. Is there a Minimum Age?Yes, we have a strict minimum age limit of 8 years old.

What if I am not a gamer, will I still enjoy Virtual Reality?"Definitely! We have many different encounters. With our virtual reality options, there are games as well as narrative content like walking with dinosaurs or traveling the world, we have something for all ages and interests.

What is the refund policy if I pre-pay for a time block and end up needing to cancel?Pre-paid time blocks will be 100% refunded if requested prior to 24hrs of actual booking time. Anything inside the 24hrs will not be refunded.

Can I play virtual reality with my friends or is it just single play?Absolutely! We have many multiplayer encounters available on each headset. There is only one headset per booth, so you will need a minimum of two booths to play multiplayer.

Can my friends and I play in the same station?No. There can only be one person per station. We can however try to put you both in stations side by side and open the center divider allowing you both to feel like you are both in the same space. This setup is ideal for multi-player encounters.

Can I book more time if I want to stay longer?You can book more time if there are no prior bookings ahead of you.

How do you handle hygiene with the gear everyone touches?Each VR goggle has been outfitted with a specially designed hygiene kit and the controllers will be wiped down after each usage with Lysol Disinfecting Wipes. The Racing Sims steering wheel and paddle shifters are wiped down as well. You can view our hygiene video here.

Are the Racing Simulators too complex for the novice user?The whole experience, the intensity of motion, tactile feedback, and audio output, can be set to levels that you feel comfortable with. The settings are fully scalable and easily adjusted by the user.

Can I bring my own golf clubs to play on the Golf Simulators?Yes! We encourage you to bring your own set if you’d like and also offer complimentary loaner clubs for you to use.

Can I bring my own Alcohol?NO. Emergent VR Encounter has a full Beer and Wine license, so we are not able to allow customers to bring in their own alcohol.

What the requirements to use the Racing Simulators?The only real requirement we have is that you are tall enough to reach the wheel and pedals on your own while sitting in the race seat. Recommended age 14+

What VINOUS Citrus Neutral Alcohol?It is a sulfite free citrus neutral spirit blend that profiles like a premium vodka and has an ABV of ~17%. Per TABC regulations, we use a Vinous Citrus Neutral Liquor, and it is the best available! We feature Forever-Clear from MPact Beverage Co. in Cypress TX. It is 17% ABV and has no sulfites and no high fructose corn syrup! It's smooth and allows the flavor of each daiquiri & margarita to shine through!

How strong are your Daiquiris?Each daiquiri recipe has a slightly different strength. They range from 9% ABV for our Pina Colada to 12.5% ABV for our Long Island Tea, Hurricane and Tropic Thunder
